Mended Hearts Indy Cocktails for Canines fundraising event
Mended Hearts Indy is bringing a night of fun and fundraising to Indianapolis with Cocktails for Canines.
Mended Hearts Indy was founded in 2010 to rescue and rehabilitate animals of all breeds, ages and capabilities. They specialize in animals that need a little extra care due to neglect, abuse or medical conditions. Mended Hearts Indy provides medical and behavioral care and finds appropriate lifetime homes. In the past two years, Mended Hearts Indy has rescued more than 300 animals. Mended Hearts Indy focuses on helping animals that don’t have a voice, specifically those at Indianapolis Animal Care and Control. Mended Hearts Indy is a 501(c)(3) organization run solely by volunteers, and program expenses account for 90% of the annual budget.
